Jamal Simmons

Jamal Simmons is a writer and political commentator who has worked at the nexus of politics and media for decades. He is currently a political commentator at CNN and before that Deputy Assistant to the President and Communications Director to Vice President Kamala Harris at the White House. A Detroit native, he holds a B.A. from Morehouse College and M.P.P. from Harvard University.
